I’ve spent my whole life dreaming of opening a restaurant. I still have to pinch myself now and then to believe that the the dream is actually becoming a reality. But, somewhere down the line the fun and fantasy has turned into mountains of hard, tedious work. I am a dental hygienist by trade and don’t really know much about opening a restaurant, let alone being the boss, the manager and the leader. I happened to meet Kate through a Tucson Mom’s playgroup. We hit it off from the very beginning. Kate has the type of personality that people are just naturally drawn to. I didn’t know much about her career or abilities at that time, but shortly thereafter we both joined a Tucson Mom’s Business Group together. It was through this that I learned about her extensive experience and knowledge in the corporate consulting and training world.
